How it works:

EXAMPLE: 4/1- You have the options of 100 banded bicycle crunches, meditate for 15 min or write out 3 main goals for this month. So you can choose to do 1, 2 or ALL 3 of these or what ever is listed on each new day. All I'm encouraging is for you to show up for yourself each day. Imagine how it will feel after 1 day, then 2 days, then 3 days....that you mindfully and intentionally CHOOSE YOU! xoxo
