Lisa delivers safe, effective, fun and science-based workouts to all 1-on-1 training clients. Her training programs are varied, progressive, and geared toward improving your health and wellness. These sessions are delivered via the Zoom platform. She will meet prior to your first session virtually to review your signature fitness evaluation and complete a virtual fitness assessment to set the baseline & discuss goals. Lisa has a personalized approach. All you need is a computer, tablet, or phone. Lisa will take care of the rest.
