LIVE ZOOM CLASSES
This experience is built completely from scratch and tailored to the format of the class. As always, Lisa will be able to adapt to your needs within each workout. Making it beginner, moderate to advanced level. Live Zoom classes offer interactivity, which in turn offers coaching accountability. All classes are delivered in the comfort of your space using Zoom Video, which can be accessed via the Zoom website or app. We recommend you download the Zoom app prior to your first class. Zoom is free to use and you’re welcome to invite other members of your household to join the class.
A physical activity class is a great way to improve your health and fitness and you can fit one in and around your daily schedule. The good news is our group fitness classes can now be booked online. It’s a great way to stay fit and active while working from home and with the needs of your schedule. It’s an ideal way of getting friends together remotely to have fun in the name of exercise! This experience is built completely from scratch and tailored to you individually within a group. As you will always be able to adapt to your needs within each workout as a beginner, intermediate to advanced level option. The only difference is that this option is a recording of a class you were not able to make. However, it will feel like you’re taking a live class!
